Afro Nation Ghana is back. After a 3 year hiatus, one of the world’s popular Black music events returns to Africa. It will take place at Marine Drive, Black Star Square in Accra on the 29th & 30th of December 2022. Founded to unite the diaspora to celebrate Black Joy, the event is back for a celebratory trip of Black culture.
This highly anticipated next edition of Afro Nation follows up the 2019 landmark African debut in style. This African festival will support local teams to produce the show. Also, it will bring business to as many local vendors as possible, positively impacting Ghana’s cultural and tourism economy.
“Uniting the diaspora on sites of cultural significance across three continents, the Afrobeats explosion continues to grow with Afro Nation right at the heart of it all. It follows the hugely successful Portugal beach festival this summer, and the first US show in Puerto Rico in March. Afro Nation Ghana now welcomes thousands from the global diaspora traveling home to party and be together with friends and family during the turn of the new year in West Africa’s most exciting cultural hub.”
