On February 9, 2019 at the Nigerian Railway Corporation compound in Ebute-Metta, Lagos the Re-Imaging Futures: A Trans-Nigerian conversation opened. “The exhibition is a conversation as well as an intervention showing some of the results from the travels of two groups of artists across Nigeria in 2016 & 2017 under the platform of Invisible Borders. With photography, film and text, the aim of the exhibition is to begin the crucial conversation of what “Nigerianness” can mean when viewed through the lens of diffracting stories”.
