Mike Eldon is founder chairman and lead consultant of The DEPOT (The Dan Eldon Place Of Tomorrow), a management consultancy that focuses on leadership, strategy, teambuilding, performance management and coaching. He is a non-executive director of Davis and Shirtliff, Hotpoint Appliances Ltd. and the African Institute for Policy Development (AFIDEP).
He is chairman of the University Council of KCA University, a member of the Governing Council of the Kenya Education Management Institute, and he has been active in the Rotary Club of Nairobi since 1978, through which he has worked extensively on youth and rural development.
